Cinzia is a Consultant Psychotherapist and Director at NEU. She has over twenty years of experience working with individuals and couples both for the NHS and in private practice.

Cinzia follows a path of reflective introspection and has a deep curiosity for consciousness, philosophy and the meanings of life. She is committed to her clients’ journeys, helping them to live life purposefully with current evidence-led practice. Her approach is warm and collaborative and she is known for her ability to bring humour into the room as well as to offer acute perceptiveness.
She can often be found with a book or three, under her headphones listening to music. She enjoys travelling to cities and spends summers in Tuscany, as close as she can be to the sea.

She is trained in Attachment-Based Psychoanalytic Therapy from the world-renowned Bowlby Centre. She is additionally trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor and Emotionally-Focused Psychotherapy for couples. She also draws from neuroscience, cognitive approaches and somatic therapies.
