Anne

Anne is an enthusiastic, committed and highly trained Counsellor for children and adults. With 18 year’s experience, she is highly trained and particularly likes working with EMDR and Brainspotting as well as using the Safe and Sound Protocol.

Anne’s roles have included being the Lead Children and Adult Counsellor working with clients from three years of age upwards, who had experienced murder or suicide. She has also worked in perinatal services, established a children’s counselling service for family separation and set up a trauma counselling service. Anne is very passionate about providing the best therapies and keeps up to date on the most recent training so that she can better help people achieve the changes they want to make in their lives.

She very much believes we have the true answers to all our difficulties in our own bodies and minds. She enjoys helping people to be able to access these parts of themselves. Anne enjoys creativity and will often invite your inner creative healer into the therapy sessions.
She often jokes about being her clients’ wingman!

When not working Anne likes photography, nature, travelling, drawing and painting as well as finding an animal to cuddle.
