Shabina lives in a forest with her family— two children, four dogs, a cat (who likes to join their daily walks), and a flock of chickens. Her activities are mostly fuelled by a vibrant imagination. During quieter moments, she can be found nestled at her loom, weaving intricate patterns while immersed in music or contemplating theories that dance within her mind.

EXPERIENCE

Shabina is the Lead Consultant and a Psychotherapist at Neu Practice. She has been working for over two decades with individuals and couples fostering happier relationships, and helping clients overcome the underlying issues that hinder their fulfilment in life.
Shabina's exploration of trauma treatments has fostered a profound understanding of how the body and mind align to achieve inner healing. She integrates into her practice Internal Family Systems, Deep Brain Reorienting, Brainspotting, Sensorimotor therapy, and psychedelic medicine. By creating the right conditions, Shabina helps clients tap into their innate healing intelligence.

WHY PSYCHEDELICS

Curious about psychedelic medicine’s transformative potential, Shabina embarked on her own psychedelic journeys, witnessing profound healing that complemented her therapy.
Inspired by the power of plant medicine, Shabina underwent a comprehensive psychedelic therapy training called Vital. She has played a crucial role in developing a safe structure for psychedelic use in therapuetic settings.
